When you buy a Windows 8 based laptop, it will not come with a Windows 8 product key sticker anymore, so finding your product key becomes more complicated. Especially when your hard drive becomes faulty and you cant boot into Windows anymore.

If Windows 8 is not booting, and the drives health is low - you can always send your laptop back for warranty repair. But if warranty is not available anymore - you might have to replace the hard drive yourself. But you will need your product key to reinstall Windows 8 back onto a new hard drive. So to recover your product key you will need to take out the faulty hard drive (assuming the data is still accessible) and connect it to a working computer as an additional hard drive. You will then need a tool called ProduKey by NirSoft - available here free of charge. Run the tool and point it to the windows folder on the faulty drive. It will then recover and show your Windows 8 Product Key, all thats left is obtaining the installation image and using this product key to reinstall your OS.

Many times Im dealing with new Drupal modules. Usually the coders writing those modules are not always UX experts. But even if they are, trust me I can easily get lost when taking the first steps. So Ill share with you what I usually do when I check a new module I intend to use.

Speeding up

Recently I have problems with speeding up. There are quite some things to do. Projects, things to check out, learn - neverending list. How do you solve them all the fastest? Not like when youre rather reading the page numbers in the book instead of the content.


First you have to know what do you want to do. Then you have to know when to quit. The huge problem with many new things is the benefit is buffering. You have to pay a lot of time and for a while it doesnt pay back at all. Then suddenly you realize how useful it was. Unfortunately I face with this symptom too many times. You just cannot simply code like the wind when you dont know the structure. I have to admit reading an introductory book always a great idea.
If my biorhythm would be a simcity Id build it much better. 15m of sleep each hour. 2m of eating. 2m of brainless staring. Rest would be some ultrahigshspeed tech or whatevs.

Quite ironical that the less things I do the better I do them. Why its not possible to have one thing? I just found a new video about Elon Musk - I absolutely love the guy - and started panicking when I can watch it. At the moment there is no reserved time for videos. I guess I mentioned the drawback of no cognitive load is that youre facing with elementary challenges quite a lot.

Accidentally I miscalculated my week. Today was only Wednesday. Tomorrow leg and Backbone day. One thing I like in London is that its so high (~51� N) that Sun is almost always up. Have you seen that movie with the guy? He wakes up one day, and everything seems to be just like the previous day. And some on the following day. On and on. Im rushing out the same 2 minute window each morning and see the same people, same cars, same buses and same everything. Only the weekly new receptionist that is indicating the progressing of time.

Also I realized there are coding patterns I dont feel good about. It feels like cheating. Disrespecting code. One is - I call - the traveller. You have a fix event callback but you want to push your custom function in a reusable way.

Judge

Judge are a five-piece hardcore band from New York City that formed in 1987 and broke up in 1991. They reunited in 2013, and have been playing shows ever since. I dont know how much introduction this band needs. Theyre easily one of the best hardcore/youth crew bands of their time, and I dont think theres much dispute there. They had a revolving door of members, many of who would also play in other notable bands, such as Youth Of Today, Side By Side, Project X, Chain Of Strength, the list really does go on.

Conveniently in 2005, Revelation Records put a compilation that included Judges entire discography. It includes their two EPs, one full-length (titled Bringin It Down) plus a bunch of demos and unreleased material. In addition, it contains an early version of Bringin It Down thats become known as Chung King Can Suck It, which was only available as a very limited pressing or bootleg before. That discography is whats available below, and I cant recommend enough grabbing this if classic straight edge/youth crew is your thing, because this shit is essential. Enjoy.

Create a Shortcut that Quits Every Running Windows Program

Weve featured programs that close down non-essential Windows apps before, as well as ways to kill those regularly problematic apps. If youd rather not install extra software, though, heres a way to create your own desktop shortcut to kill all running apps.

The process is pretty easy, though not for the faint of heart�this involves a command prompt command that will kill a whole bunch of programs, so make sure you know what youre doing before you start clicking away. In a nutshell, to create the shortcut, all you need to do is right-click on the desktop and hit New Shortcut. Copy and paste the following command into the popup box:

Be sure to change whitsongordon to your Windows username. How To Make Much Money From Real Estate During Recession

Recession is a time of desperation. Its also a period of opportunities.
The most common source for real estate profit is the appreciation - the increase in the value - of the property in question. During recession, appreciation in value of houses tends to be very slow or completely on pause. While in desperate situations, the value of houses, tends to go down.

Real estate investing also requires you to be prepared to jump on a house when needed with a pre-approved mortgage and dedicated home inspector. Otherwise, you may miss your opportunity.
Look for sellers who are desperately looking to sell by locating empty houses or houses with frequently-reduced offer prices. This situation gives you the upper hand in negotiations.
When buying homes in a recession, have a lawyer do a title search on the property to make sure that they are not any liens on the title. If you dont, you may buy the property only to find out that you now owe money to a contractor or the previous homeowners lender.

How to make millions as real estate agent during recession

First find a Seller who needs to sell for whatever reason but cant.  How many of those are out there?  LOTS!
 Maybe the Seller is making payments on two houses.  Talk about desperate!  You can help these Sellers and get very well-paid for doing so.  You will be their hero.  Literally.  I dont even have to advertise to find them.
The way I help them is to put in a Tenant Buyer (TB) who pays a premium rent to them for a year and treats the house as if they own it (no maintenance or repair headaches).  The TB also pays 5 percent up-front for the right to buy the house at the end of the Lease, which is non-refundable.  Often, I find the TBs first and just ask them where they want to live (and then go sign up the Sellers).  And guess what?  I dont have to advertise for the TBs either!  Read on to see how I get paid.

I get my Sellers to sign a very simple one-page Agreement that alllows me to find them a Buyer, and no, I dont need a real estate license to do this both legally and ethically.  I dont remove the Sellers home off the market, so I pay the Seller zero.  You read that right--zero cash--as well as zero credit.  A simple one-page Agreement that Sellers sign without an attorney and no cash or credit required.  It doesnt get much better than this, folks.  And how much have I invested in advertising?  Not a kobo nor Penny.  Plus, these Sellers are everywhere.  You wont have any trouble finding them.  I simply match the Sellers with my Buyers and get paid.

The Sellers get their asking price, so they are very happy.  Actually, they get MORE than their asking price.  I raise the price by 10 percent, and then I collect 10 percent down from my Buyers and share if 50/50 with the Seller.  So, the Seller actually got 5 percent more than they were asking for.  Talk about an easy sell to the Seller.  You collect 5 percent and walk away with no further obligations to the Seller or the Buyer.  No assignment is used.  You are completely off the hook.  We are talking about zero risk and zero liability.  And no business license is required (or office or employees).  On a N10,000,000 house, you just made N500,000 with about an hour or two of work (and the Seller also made N500,000).  And in a medium-sized city, you can do a few of these a month with little effort.
